The music rights of Mukta Arts' 'Aitraaz' has been acquired by Sony Music. This is the first time that Sony Music has taken the prestigious music rights of a Mukta Arts film.
'Aitraaz' has been directed by Abbas-Mustaan and stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Amrish Puri. Music director Himesh Reshammiya has scored a sizzling soundtrack for the film to reflect the bold tone of the movie.
Presented by Subhash Ghai, the music of the film is tentatively scheduled for release on September 12th. The film revolves around three central characters and their relationships. Raj Malhotra (Akshay Kumar), who is an executive in a multinational company, his wife Priya (Kareena Kapoor), who has given up the practice of law since getting married and Sonia Sharma (Priyanka Chopra), an aspiring model with very high ambitions. The film is expected for release on November 12th.
