Saira Banu is a veteran Indian film actress who has primarily worked in Hindi cinema. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 with the film Junglee in 1961, which became a huge success and established her as a leading actress. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, she starred in numerous popular films, including Purab Aur Paschim, Victoria No. 203, and Shagird, among others. She was married to the legendary actor Dilip Kumar until his passing in 2021, and they were one of the most iconic couples in Bollywood. Saira Banu continues to be admired for her contributions to Indian cinema and remains a respected figure in the industry.
