A bizarre, real-life scene, straight out of a Hindi film, was witnessed near CST station on Wednesday morning. A young man riding a scrambler bike and dressed in a leather jacket was being chased by a group of goons in an open Toyota car. The bike zigzagged through the traffic as the car gave chase. Often the car came close to the bike and some of the goons tried to grab the rider, who repeatedly eluded them. At first people thought that a film shoot was in progress. But with no camera crew in sight people grew curious. Later in the day the same scene was witnessed near Eros cinema and in the suburbs near Fame Adlabs evoking the same public curiosity. Enquiries revealed that the chase had something to do with the release of Kamal Haasan's blockbuster Mumbai Xpress.
