Catrack Music, a Mohali based music company in Chandigarh, have filed a lawsuit against the producers of Khel alleging that one of the film's songs 'Tapka Tapka' has been copied from the music album of 'Tu Meri Miss India' already released by the music company. Notices have been issued by the Court of Additional District, Chandigarh to Galaxy Entertainment Corporation Limited, Popcorn Motion Pictures, Times Music Company and singer Tejinder Singh alias Babbu Mann over this issue.
