Director Prakash Shaw and Producers Rama Adhikari and Atif Khan launched their 'Tirumalai Pictures' maiden venture Market a unique film on prostitution, on Tuesday, July 23 on set resembling a brothel at Filmistan Studios. Guruji Gul Saab sounded the clapper board while Mr. Mahesh Joshi, Deputy Chief of WHIP Assembly, Rajasthan, broke the auspicious coconut. Lawrence D'Souza switched on the camera while Saawan Kumar Tak directed the mahurat shot on Manisha Koirala, Yukta Mookhey, Shweta Menon, Arun Vardhan and Govind Namdeo. The film also stars Aryan Vaid in the male lead. The regular marathon shooting spell with commence from August 6 at various Mumbai locales. Being written by Arshad Jamal, the film has Dialogues by Masud Mirzaa, Cinematography by Thomas Xavier, Action by Sham Kaushal, Choreography by Rekha Chinni Prakash, Sound by Buta Singh, Art by L. S. Swant, Editing by Suresh Chaturvedi, Publicity by Rajoo Kariya and Music by Jaideep-Sudeep. Other cast and credits are under finalisation.
