Producer Aditya Chopra has submitted a claim to United India Insurance Co. Ltd. with whom the Yash Raj Films' new venture Mohabbatein was insured the safety of the leading cast. The movie stars Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan and three new star pairs. Aishwarya sustained injuries while shooting for the film. The shooting was subsequently delayed, resulting in financial loss to Yash Raj Films. The extent of the claim is not yet known. Yash Raj Films had taken a Rs.15 crore insurance policy.
