Vikram Bhatt triggered off the trend of horror/suspense thrillers with RAAZ. The talented director is all set to start a horror film all over again and it's titled ROOH. It's different from RAAZ, he clarifies at the very outset. The only similarity, besides the genre, is that the film will star new faces. While RAAZ starred 1-film-old Bipasha Basu [AJNABEE] and Dino Morea [PYAAR MEIN KABHI KABHI] in the lead, ROOH will star two boys and a girl in pivotal roles. The film is expected to roll in December. Ramesh [SHOLAY] Sippy will produce the film. Will ROOH revive the trend of horror films and make stars out of newcomers, only time will tell! Meanwhile, 2005 is one crucial year for Vikram, for the first two months will witness the release of ELAAN [January 14] and JURM [February 11], respectively. The Bunty Soorma project HUMKO TUMSE PYAAR HAI, which Vikram has completed, will also release in 2005. But it's Bunty's baby entirely. My name won't appear in the credits, he states.
