Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment launched a complaint to AMPTPP against Shree Krishna International for unauthorisedly using their title Dosti. However, Shree Krishna International clarified that they have titled their film Dosti - Friends Forever and that the title has been registered in their favour by FMC & WIFPA. Suneel Darshan has been a director - producer of repute with films like Ek Rishta, Andaaz, Jaanwar to his credit. Dosti - Friends Forever has Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Kareena Kapoor, Lara Dutta in lead roles. Music Duo Nadeem Shravan have composed the music of the film.
