After Screen, Stardust, Sansui and Filmfare awards, the fifth film award function of the year the 'Zee-Cine Awards' eventuated on February 26 in Dubai. With relations seemingly improving between India and Pakistan as far as the Bollywood factor is concerned, the theme of the show too was the Indo-Pak unity. So there were Bollywood superstars like Amitabh, Hrithik, Preity Zinta, Lara Dutta and Salman Khan blending with Lollywood (the Hollywood of Lahore, Pakistan) stars like Omar Shareef, Reema and Javed Shaikh. While Javed Jaffery played the Bollywood host mimicking Dharmendra, Omar Shareef played the Lollywood host imitating Laloo Prasad Yadav. The major award winners were no different from any other award function. Another special category was created for the excuse of felicitating Amitabh Bachhan the Golden Grade Award.
