By doing so, in 3 days, it has surpassed the entire collections of 2007 films such as AAP KA SURROOR (£ 116,000), LIFE IN A METRO (£ 159,000), HONEYMOON TRAVELS (£ 143,000) and SHOOTOUT AT LOKHANDWALA (£ 155,000), a film from a similar genre.
- U.K. audiences need their formula films consisting of big stars, wedding songs, designer clothes, high-voltage emotional drama and a happy ending family film, which kids would enjoy as well. SARKAR RAJ defies all these norms and has set the path for a changing scenario, creating an opening for a film of this nature. Incidentally, films like MURDER, GANGSTER AND EK HASINA THI have not released theatrically in UK.
