The Ali Abbas Zafar directed venture Tiger Zinda Hai released last week on Friday. After opening on a high note the film’s business continued to see exponential growth over its opening weekend. In fact, Tiger Zinda Hai raked in Rs. 151.47 cr. within the first four days of its release.
Now on its fifth day running, the Salman Khan – Katrina Kaif starrer has drawn in a further Rs. 21.60 cr. Interestingly, the fifth day collections of the film just reinforce the fact of Salman Khan’s star power, proving that he is a bigger name to contend with when compared to Shah Rukh Khan. In fact, Tiger Zinda Hai has collected more on Day 5 as compared to the opening day collections of Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees that had collected Rs. 20.42 cr.
If that wasn’t enough, the fifth day collections of Tiger Zinda Hai are higher than the opening day collections of Salman Khan’s previous release Tubelight that had collected Rs. 21.15 cr.
