In fact, the opening week collections of Golmaal Again that released across 3500+ screens within the domestic market manage to surpass the collections Devgn’s previous releases like Singham Returns that had collected Rs. 112.68 cr, Son of Sardaar that collected Rs. 83.25 cr, Shivaay that collected Rs. 70.41 cr, Bol Bachchan that collected Rs. 66.72 cr, Baadshaho that collected Rs. 64.14 cr, Golmaal 3 that had collected Rs. 62.19 cr, Satyagraha that collected Rs. 55.43 cr, Singham that collected Rs. 51.25 cr, and Action Jackson that had managed to collected Rs. 45.16 cr.
Currently, since Golmaal Again continues to run in theatres with little competition coming in from the other release Secret Superstar and almost no competition expected from the newer releases, the film looks set to add yet another Rs. 10-15 cr to its final collections in the coming week.
