Box Office: Golmaal Again crosses Rs. 200 cr. at the worldwide box office :Bollywood Box Office

It is now exactly a week since the release of the film Golmaal Again. Directed by Rohit Shetty the film which is the fourth in the Golmaal franchise has been dominating the box office since its release. Starring Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Kemmu, Tabu and Parineeti Chopra the film has managed to continue its stellar run at the box office despite competition coming from the Aamir Khan starrer Secret Superstar.

While the business of Golmaal Again which hit 4232+ screens (3500+ domestic and 732 overseas), witnessed a slight dip in collections on weekdays the film has still managed to post good figures. After making it past the Rs. 100 cr. mark at the worldwide box office on its third day, Golmaal Again has managed to go past the Rs. 200 cr. mark at the worldwide box office. Collecting Rs. 174.46 cr. gross within the domestic market and another Rs. 28.29 cr. gross in the overseas territories the total box office collections of Golmaal Again are currently pegged at Rs. 202.75 cr.

If that wasn’t all, Golmaal Again which already ranks as the fifth highest worldwide grosser of 2017 enjoys yet another week’s run in theatres with little competition from previous and new release, is expected to continue to rake in the moolah as the week progresses. Currently the question remains whether the film will manage to surpass previous release like Raees that collected Rs. 281.44 cr., Judwaa 2 that collected Rs. 215.91 cr., Tubelight that collected Rs. 211.14 cr., and Toilet - Ek Prem Katha that collected Rs. 210.94 cr. to emerge as the highest worldwide grosser of 2017.
