This week we feature none other than the star of Kahaani, Vidya Balan on our weekly Box Office report card. In this segment, we breakdown Vidya's success ratio at the Box Office in terms of Opening Day and Opening Weekend collections.
Much like other 'A' list celebs, Vidya's graph seems to be on an upward trend. Interestingly though, it was her award winning film Kahaani that featured a dip in collections in the opening week. Though later, the film went on to become one of the highest grossing films of last year.
Another point that's worth considering is the fact that almost all of her films have shown an exponential growth over the weekends despite have a slow start on the Opening Days. Her latest release Ghanchakkar however hasn't had a big weekend, despite Emraan Hashmi being her co-star.
