Post NAMASTEY LONDON, Akshay Kumar's movies have opened to a fantastic response in the two major markets - U.K. and U.S.A. But KHATTA MEETHA, shockingly, is Akshay's lowest opener [post NAMASTEY LONDON] in U.K. as well as U.S.A. [see chart below]. In fact, the screen avaerage is lower than TASHAN and CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA too, which are considered box-office disasters. The film has recorded below average collections in Australia too… Punjabi film MEL KARADE RABBA is faring very well in Australia and is steady in U.K.
