Prime Video announces Kay Kay Menon-Avinash Tiwary starrer Bambai Meri Jaan; drops first glimpse of show

Amazon Prime Video, India's most loved entertainment destination, has announced that its upcoming crime drama, Bambai Meri Jaan, will premiere soon on the streaming service. The 10-part Amazon Original series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and across 240 countries and territories.

Produced by Excel Media and Entertainment's Ritesh Sidhwani, Kassim Jagmagia and Farhan Akhtar, with the story by S. Hussain Zaidi, Bambai Meri Jaan is created by Rensil D'Silva and Shujaat Saudagar and directed by Shujaat Saudagar. The binge-worthy, fast-paced crime thriller features a highly versatile and talented cast with Kay Kay Menon, Avinash Tiwary, Kritika Kamra, Nivedita Bhattacharya and Amyra Dastur in pivotal roles.

 

While sharing the first glimpse of the series, the streaming services wrote, "The edge of your seat was made for a story like this!," in the caption. As soon as the official handle of Prime Video made the announcement, fans flooded the comments section with fire emoticons. 3.5 years of wait is going to get over soon next month," wrote an internet user while another added, "Kritika, Kaykay, Avinash.. love these 3 and others also great."

 

Having said that, it is worth mentioning here that the details of the rest of the cast and the story are still under wraps.
