Priyanka and Deepika win at Big Star awards

It's nearly the end of the year and award functions are something that everyone is looking forward to. There is no doubt that 2012 has been a fantastic year for films, as we have seen some brilliant performances on screen. This year especially has many films with women-oriented roles.

Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone are two actresses who have certainly impressed the audiences with their films this year and seems like these two girls have already started bagging awards for the films.

 

At the recently held Reliance Big Star Entertainment awards, Priyanka has won the Best Actress for her role in Barfi where she played the character of Jhilmil, an autistic girl. While Deepika was not far behind as she won the Best Actress in a Romantic Role award for her role in Cocktail.

 

However, the awards season is yet to begin and it'll only be early next year when one can tell which Bollywood actress goes home with maximum accolades for her perform in 2012.
