Little Zizou bags two top awards at major NY Film Festival
Ram Gopal Varma has shelved his planned production Lets Kill Veerappan. Initially when the sandalwood smuggler Veerappan (on whose real life story the film was based) was shot dead on October 18, Varma had altered the title of his film from Lets Catch Veerappan to Lets Kill Veerappan and incorporated a few changes in the script. But now Varma feels that the story isn't interesting enough and will fail to create the same impact on the audiences as they had earlier planned.
The film was to be directed by Shimit Amin (of Ab Tak Chappan fame) and was to star Rajpal Yadav, Aditya Srivastava and Prakash Raj.
