After Dilli 6, now comes Bunty Walia's Bombay 7

Strange it may sound, but, after Dilli 6, comes another movie called Bombay 7, which is to be produced by Bunty Walia Productions.When IndiaFM spoke to the Business Manager (Films) of Bunty Walia Productions, she confirmed the news saying that they were indeed doing a film called Bombay 7, to be directed by the ad film maker Kitu Ghosh, who has earlier done ads with Lara Dutta and Sachin Tendulkar. Talking about the film, she said that it’s a thriller cum love story, based out of Bombay’s area with a pin code ‘7’, which is Mohammad Ali Street. The story revolves around three principal characters.
When asked about the cast, she said, “And as far as the cast is concerned, I cannot reveal at this point, but we will do so in about 20 odd days. All that I can that tell you now is that they are not newcomers, but are established actors from the industry. We have one heroine and two heroes. And with respect to the locations, there will be no foreign locations because it is a film based out of Mumbai area. So there is no possibility shooting any where else.” She also added that it was a very original a unique script and that they still have to decide the music composers.
Apparently, the film has elements of all the genres and difficult to be categorized into one. “In a nutshell, it has all the genres in this film. At the same time, it’s not a very typical Bollywood movie because it’s a subject which is very well researched and is very relevant to the time and very contemporary.”
When asked if they were ‘inspired’ by the title of Dilli 6, she said that they heard of this title much later, after they had registered Bombay 7’s title. And that rather came as a surprise to them when they heard the title Dilli 6.
