Madhur Bhandarkar gives first live interview

Recently Madhur Bhandarkar gave his first ever live interview on stage to Mr. Sudhir Gadgil. Though shy in the beginning, the ace director opened up later. He revealed about his early days as to how he used to struggle to get any work. He used to deliver video cassettes to all the big Bollywood stars. He also mentioned that Mithun Chakravarty was the only star who used to pay him on time.
He also recollected the days when he worked as an apprentice with Ram Gopal Varma and how he slowly made a progression to become his associate director for the movie Rangeela.
Madhur said that he has some upcoming projects lined up but he did not talk much about them. He has always experimented with new subjects and said he would like to surprise his fans and audiences worldwide with his new ventures.
