Sanjay Gupta uses 'Aye Ganpat' for a social cause

Sanjay Gupta is tapping the popularity of a song from his latest release Shootout At Lokhandwala to promote a social cause. He has modified the lyrics of song ‘Aye Ganapat’ to promote a cleaner, greener Mumbai.
According to Gupta, the idea was conceived by lyricist Virag, who has written song 'Aye Ganpat, chal daru laa'. This song will be used for social cause and its lyrics have been changed accordingly. It will be 'Aye Ganpat, chal jhadu laa'. Gupta also informed that the lyricist Virag, who is also the creative director of a radio station, will be playing it on air.

They have also named this exercise as Shootout At Lokhandwala — The Social Chapter. Celebrities like Mika Singh, Dia Mirza and Sanjay Gupta are coming together for the social cause. They say have mercy on your city nahin toh baja dalenge.
