Dubai court granted bail to DJ Aqeel

Detained at the Dubai Airport for allegedly possessing a banned drug, DJ Aqeel was finally released on Wednesday after the authorities failed to prove that he had consumed the drug through tests conducted on him.
Dubai police arrested him when the airport authorities found a bag of 0.4 grams of Ecstasy, a party drug in his bag. While his wife, Farah Khan Ali explained that Aqeel was falsely framed.
DJ Aqeels lawyer informed that Aqeel was produced in a Dubai court which granted bail to him on Wednesday as no trace of the drug was found in the blood and urine samples.
He had gone to Dubai for to perform at a discotheque.
