Apne writer to direct Sunny Deol starrer

Renowned writer, Neeraj Pathak is all set to make his directorial debut with a thriller film. Pathak has joined hands with industrialist Kishan Kumar who will produce this film under the banner Icon pictures Pvt Ltd.
His untitled film will be a thriller that will star Sunny Deol in lead role. Says Pathak,“I started my career as a director as I have directed lot of television serials and shows before. I feel filmmaking is all about story telling and I didn’t want to depend on anyone, I wanted to tell my own story so I started as script writer.Pardes was my first film as a script writer. I got a chance to work with Subhash Ghai. I also got some experience of filmmaking while shooting Pardes.”
Neeraj has finished the pre production work for his film and will start shooting from July 24. He is planning to shoot in Goa and Mumbai and is looking forward for January release next year.
