UTV is going all out to promote its forthcoming release METRO. Realizing that the film has the potential to work beyond the shores of India, the makers are planning to take the film to various cities across the globe.
UTV and Shilpa Shetty will travel to Sydney and Melbourne in the first week of May to promote the film in Australia. Press meet and press screenings have been organized in these two cities. “Australia is a growing market for Hindi films,” Siddharth Roy Kapur of UTV confirms.
Once they return from Australia, UTV and Shilpa will pack their bags and head for London. A gala premiere of the film has been organized on 8th May. The guest-list would include the 'Big Brother' participants as well as Shilpa's associates from U.K. On 9th May, the entire cast of METRO will join Shilpa and the UTV team in Dubai, where the film will be premiered next. 10th May will witness the third premiere of the film, this time in Mumbai.
