Will SRK oblige? Click here to add this article to My Clips

By Taran Adarsh, April 3, 2007 - 03:07 IST

Shah Rukh Khan is known for going out of his way to accommodate friends. In the past, the actor had featured in cameos in films made by Karan Johar [KAAL], Samar Khan [KUCHH MEETHA HO JAYE], Khalid Mohamed [SILSIILAY] and Arjun Rampal [I SEE YOU]. There’s talk that he has agreed to feature in a song for Farah Khan’s brother Sajid Khan’s directorial debut HEY BABY.

“I wouldn’t like to comment on the development right now,” Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of HEY BABY, tells me, “We haven’t decided on the song yet.” Sajid Khan, the director, is equally tight-lipped about it, “Let’s not talk about it till it happens.” So, it’s happening? “Why don’t you talk to Sajid [Nadiadwala] about it?” he sounds evasive.

The King Khan is a close friend of Farah and Sajid Khan. In fact, Farah made her directorial debut with SRK’s home-production MAIN HOON NA and is currently directing SRK in his next production as well. “Sure, we’re friends, but that’s a different issue,” Sajid states.

However, the talk of SRK obliging the two Sajids has only gathered momentum in tinsel town.
