Onir 'discusses' films at Berlin Festival

Onir, the critically acclaimed director of films like My Brother Nikhil and Bas Ek Pal, recently participated in the panel discussion at the Berlin Film Festival with Jia Zhangke, film maker from China, Peace Anyiam Fiberesima from Nigeria and Khaled el Hagar from Egypt. The discussion was moderated by Jaques Bidou and Vinzenco Bugno .
Apart from that Onir’s My Brother Nikhil had two very well received screenings at the 23rd Festival International Du Film D'amour de Mons. Onir’s next film is tentatively titled You and I which is supposed to be a romantic comedy with adventure sports as the backdrop. This film is also being said to be the comeback vehicle of Karisma Kapoor, though Karisma hasn’t confirmed it yet. Sanjay Suri shall play the main lead.
