Deepa Mehta's signs Big B for Exclusion

Deepa Mehta is busy promoting her film Water which releases on Feb 9. She was down in Mumbai for a series of press conferences for the film. But from her busy schedule she did find time to meet a very important personality from the Bollywood fraternity, yes none other then our very own Mr Bachchan.
And this meet did turn out to be quite successful. Deepa Mehta inked a deal with the Big B for her upcoming film titled Exclusion. Earlier entitled Kamagata Maru, this true-life tale of a ship that took a group of illegal Indians to the shores of Canada in the early part of the 19th century, will feature the Big B alongside John Abraham.
Mira Nair has also signed Bachchan for her next grand international project, Shantaram. The film will star Johnny Depp in lead role and is jointly produced by Depp and Brad Pitt.
Thus, even if Mr. Bachchan wants it or not, international filmmakers are making a beeline at his doorstep, all set to make him an internationally superstar.
