Bhushan Kumar ropes in Akshay Kumar for his new venture

Everyone from producer Bhushan Kumar to director Priyadarshan had refuted that the Akshay Kumar film by T-Series is titled ‘Chandramukhi’. “It is a working title till we finalize on something”, said Bhushan Kumar. At last they have finalized. The definitive title of the film has been decided upon as 'Bhool Bhulaiya'.
The film that also stars Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, Amisha Patel, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Vikram Gokhale and Manoj Joshi is an interesting comic thriller. The backdrop of the film revolves around a small village/town where people are very conservative and superstitious. The film promises to be a blend of thrill and humor, revealing many dimensions of human psychology.
As expected, like any other Priyadarshan film even this one is a remake of a Malayam film 'Manichithra Thazhu', which released in 1993. The screenplay and dialogue of the film is by Neeraj Vora, Cinematography by S. Theeru, music by Pritam. The first 41-day shooting schedule of the film is set to begin on 18th February in Jaipur.
