Naseer, Anupam, Jimmy and Rajpal in Wednesday!

Anjum Rizvi Film Co. & Friday Filmworks have come together to make a film named Wednesday. The film’s main attraction is the list of celebrities who will be starring in it – namely Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam Kher Jimmy Shergill and Rajpal Yadav.
While these four talented actors have been signed for the film already, the remaining cast is still under finalization stages. The film is written and directed by Neeraj Pandey
and produced by Anjum Rizvi with Shital Bhatia as the co-producer. Producer Anjum Rizvi has previously produced films like Charas and Ahista Ahista, and how is trying his hand at a multi-starrer.
The film has been titled “Wednesday” as this drama is placed almost in real time between 2 pm and 5 pm on a Wednesday in the inscrutable city of Mumbai. Falling under no particular genre, the theme of the film seems to be promising. And with such a talented star cast to its credit already, it is sure to hit the box office.
Wednesday is slated to go on floors in the first week of April 2007.
