Khosla Ka Ghosla's director to shoot Yash Raj's next three?

After giving a remarkable film Khosla Ka Ghosla, director Dibakar Banerjee has moved on to work with big banners. If speculations are to be believed, he will be working with Bollywoods biggest banner Yash Raj Films.
According to reports Dibakar Banerjee has been signed by Yash Raj Films for their forthcoming three projects. However the director doesn’t want to give anymore details on this. According to Banerjee he was working on two scripts simultaneously. He has finished scripting and is now talking to producers.
Banerjee doesn’t want to disclose any information before he signs any official commitment. Does that mean we have to wait till they make a formal announcement?
