The much talked about and immensely hyped film KGF – Chapter 2 was released last week to a roaring response from the audience and critics alike. After fast crossing, the Rs. 100 cr mark the film blew past the Rs. 200 cr mark on its fifth day running. Now on its seventh day running KGF 2 has seen a further Rs. 16.35 cr being added to its total, taking collections past the Rs. 250 cr mark.

If that was not enough, KGF 2 has also surpassed other releases like the Aamir Khan starrer Dangal which collected Rs. 271.24 cr in 10 days, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Snaju collected Rs. 265.66 cr in 10 days, and the Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai collected Rs. 254.75 cr in 10 days.
Currently, KGF – Chapter 2 still runs in theatres, with the audience continuing to patronize the film. As of now trade predictions, state that the business of KGF 2 will eventually manage to cross the Rs. 300 cr mark by the end of its second weekend in theatres.
