Dhurandhar The Revenge dropped on Monday to bring in Rs. 9.50 crores at the box office. Compared to Friday (Rs. 21 crores), this is a drop of more than 50%. That said, it was also partial holiday of Good Friday and that had brought in some added crores. Factor that and the drop is a little under 50%. Overall, the film stands at Rs. 983.50 crores.

Nonetheless, what the film is collecting is still quite good because it’s in its third week. To have near double digit collections in just the Hindi version on its 19th day is a big deal indeed as majority of films struggle to get such numbers on their first weekday. On the other hand, if one compares this with Dhurandhar, then that film had collected Rs. 19.70 crores on its third Monday and had also enjoyed 28 straight days of double digit run.
All of this is understandable though because there are as many footfalls as one expect in theatres and this by itself is a miracle no less that this number stands at 4 crores+ for both parts of Dhurandhar. Otherwise, films have been rejoicing in the last few years when even 2 crores mark has been hit and while we have double the footfalls here when compared to the biggest of blockbusters, the bets can now be placed for a biggie to aim for that 5 crores mark.
ALL TIME MEGA BLOCKBUSTER.
