The Aditya Chopra directed film Befikre, released yesterday to good response from the audience. Starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor the film that released across 2100 screens in India has done well at the box office.
In this box office report we take a look at the Opening Day collections of Befikre while comparing the same to previous releases that have featured Ranveer Singh. Collecting Rs. 10.36 cr on day 1, Befikre becomes Ranveer’s fifth highest opening day grosser. Though the film does not manage to out beat the collections of Ranveer’s previous releases like Gunday that collected Rs. 16.12 cr, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela that collected Rs. 16 cr, Bajirao Mastani that collected Rs. 12.80 cr and Dil Dhadkne Do that collected Rs. 10.53 cr, it does manage to surpass his other films like, Kill Dil that collected Rs. 6.53 cr, Lootera that collected Rs. 5.15 cr, Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl that collected Rs. 4.74 cr and Band Baaja Baarat that collected Rs. 0.95 cr.
