Number of Screens the film opened in to the Top 3 grossers of the year. Leading the pack prior to release of Chennai Express
was the Ranbir Kapoor- Deepika starrer Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. However, now with the Opening Day collection of Rs. 33.12
cr, Chennai Express becomes the biggest BO opener on this year which also released in highest number of screens till
date.
