Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has gone on an overdrive on Day 3, Sunday as according to estimates, the movie has collected in the range of Rs. 23.50 to 25.00 crores. This takes the opening weekend total of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 in the range of Rs. 56-57 crores.
The movie has literally run riots in some centres like Mumbai, Delhi, Patna, Gwalior, Gujarat and Guwahati by recording an extraordinary occupancy through the day. The business has gone up with every passing day and this is an extremely positive sign for this horror comedy starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. The audience feedback has been positive and so have been the movie reviews.
The trend over the weekend suggests that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will enter the Rs. 100 crore club in less than 10 days. The trend also highlights the high possibility of it entering the Rs. 150 crore club at the box office. It will be the highest grossing Kartik Aaryan film till date, ditto for director Anees Bazmee, though not his biggest hit as that spot is held by No Entry and Welcome.

In-fact, the opening weekend footfalls are the 2nd best for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 after Sooryavanshi, which was released in the festive season of Diwali. The T Series and Murad Khetani production has done excellent numbers at low ticket prices, and this will pave the way for the industry to chase reasonable pricing over the absurd hikes.
