Mixed Reactions To ‘Golmaal’

With PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN'S CHEST still dominating worldwide box-office, it has been tough not just for Bollywood, but even Hollywood films to conquer the box-office. The new release, GOLMAAL - FUN UNLIMITED, has made it to the 'Top 10' charts in U.K., but the opening weekend collections aren't as impressive. In Australia, however, the film has managed a decent opening.

U.K. BOX-OFFICE

  • GOLMAAL - FUN UNLIMITED has debuted at No. 8 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 51,267 [approx. Rs. 43.55 lacs] on 28 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 1,831.


  • KRRISH [last weekend: No. 10, this weekend: No. 12]: In its fourth weekend, the film has collected £ 27,852 on 24 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 1,161. Total: £ 615,862 [approx. Rs. 5.23 crores].
