The movie is an enjoyable and entertaining experience. It re-emphasizes the fact that Ashutosh is definately a perfectionist. Things like costumes, hindi and english accents of Gujarati characters, set ups of the traditional Gujarati houses, body language of all 12 characters of Priyanka Chopra, a confused look of Harman, the typical characteristics of all the Raashees etc etc seems to be just perfect. The length of the movie does not come as a deterrent at all. The story line is very crisp and small. However, it is the screenplay and the direction that holds your attention till the end. After a long time I have seen a movie in which music is woven extremely well into the story line of the film. The story actually moves with the music and songs for example, Sanjana and Yogesh actually get attracted to each other during the song Jao Na and also similar case with Kajal and Yogesh. It is must watch in that Light Entertainer genre. It actually remids me of Hrishikesh Mukherjee movies which actually are not cult comedies but humuour is depicted thru normal social events and happenings (seeing prospective brides / bridegroom in one of such social event in India which is so well covered in this movie). So if u are bored by all those pot boilers like Wanted, Ghajini, Kambhakht Isq etc etc (an endless list actually) GO FOR THIS and u will not be disappointed.

What's your Rashee? Any boy out for bride hunting is used to asking this question? But making a whole movie based on just this question is a formidable but risky venture. Ashutosh Gowarikar took the gamble to bring out just a question to the celluloid in front of Indian viewers which is in itself commendable. The movie begins with the very cliche`d ideal N.R.I. son, call due to a heart attack, but the entry of Priyanka Chopra took the movie to another level. She single-handedly or rather twenty-four handedly carried the movie on her shoulders and made the movie viewable.
