HI all users i am sorry to say that i expected much from D-2 but i was shocked to see that the movie was a total flop. There is nothing new. I expected hirthik's come back will hit but that also flopped coz the director din't gave him the real style though he is the best. As john was really missing thought that Hirthik would cover instead Abhishekh was ROCKING coz his presence in the film was terrific. This film if for Abhi and Aish. Uday is a waste not needed. Bips is excellent as usuall. First half is totally useless and the 2nd half did have love sentiments but then the MAGIC of HIRTHIK goes out and then there is no excitment in the film. Bikes have not been shown well only 2 scenes nothing more. All have expected a huge entertainment but has ruined everything. Also the songs are few so nothing new. I m totally dissappointed. i was eagerly waiting for this film but its a TOTAL FLOP. D-2 could have been a hit if HIRTHIK's role was well created. its like cut and paste in the film. NOTHING NEW, NO EXICTMENT. Only +point was Aish looks but then the movie is a total failure. Even in D-1 there was no story but there was a lot of thrill, music, bikes, styles,and the climax was also good so it succeded. Here the -ve point john's absence,no excitment,few songs,no exciting bike scenes, no story. So guys just see this movie only for 1 time its not also time pass buddies, A DISSAPOINTING MOVIE for today generation. Hirthik is good but he was not shown as John missing point. Aish looks sexy which is good and new. Director has not done his homework coz the stunts, the styles are all useless becz there is no reality its like FOOLING people. Fights were not there all useless. 1st half is totally meaningless 2nd half did has good moments Ash-Hirhik love was good but still the movie has not given what D-1 gave. D-2 is a SUPER FLOOP very soory to say, expectations were high as u all guys agree. Still our directors have not learned lessons from Hollywood. FLOP movie SORRY GUYS lets hope for DHOOM-3 which may get John lucky back in the film and then Dhoom may get Dhoom-3 back as John has his own style. i m waiting for John in Dhoom-3.

My Review Well with a film wid such mammoth expectations one almost tell themselves to be prepared for a let down. Would this be the case? The theater was basically sold out. from the word go D2 exploded unto the screen. starting off with the train scene which intro hritik perfectly led right into the starting credits which was shown with a song i almost felt like yash chopra was giving the film a james bond intro. hritik looks just fantastic and his dancing is superb as one can expect. the intro of uday chopra and abhishek is done in style too and itz at this point i realize the film will not always make perfect sense, that is, some action sequences have been inserted that may not be necessary in the situation given. However, this didnt take away from the film the least bit and only the true connoisseur of cinema will feel let down by this slight blemish. Bipasha intro is just amazing and the way she is walking down the hallway wid her hips swaying in that tight jeans just spells HOT. in the song touch me bipasha is just so sexy and the way she move her hips will get u squirming in ur seat! uday is obviously the guy who is responsible for the comedy in the film and though his acting isnt spectacular i feel he filled this role well indeed. he does look abit silly without his shirt in excuse me song i almost feel this guy body doesnt match his face. anyways back to the story. after watching a gud technical film like Don i was pleasantly suprised wid a matching technical aspect in the D2 if not better. the way the robberies are carried out and the methods he use make sense. the intro of Ash is really great as well esp when she unmask herself and pull off her suit DAMN she is fine indeed. infact every single outfit she wore in the film was just so SEXY and in the song crazy kiya re i think her black outfit which look like cat woman or sumthing isnt that nice but the other outfits she don in that song are just awesome. the cast was intro very nice indeed and the story moves at a fast pace too. at intermission i was quite satisfied wid the film. post interval takes u to brazil where bipasha in bikini and the other outfits is almost insane i was going crazy indeed. shez lookin so fine in this film. the chemistry of hritik and ash is red hot and is quite evident througout the second half. one of the stand out scenes for me is when they are sitting across each other with the gun. and what followed that caught the whole audience by suprise including myself. everyone was ooohhhh's and aaahhhh's. one of the best part of the film is the motorbike chase just sheer brilliance and the way hritik turns around on the bike to shoot looks like tom cruise. climax is abit unexpected but this is yash raj film so all is well. choreography i think was EXCELLENT the dances are just too gud. the background score is also gud. as mentioned earlier the only problem if u can even call it that is some of the unexplained sequences. one in particular when he is dressed as priest at airport and news report said he wasnt leaving. i am not sure why that scene was in there for maybe i missed something in the film. as far as performances uday - did gud job wid his assignment in the film. ppl always criticising this dude but i think for what they are asking of him in D2 he delivers. abhishek - i am not biggesst fan of this guy but i will say he did great job as jai dixit. hritik - well after watching D2 this film is all about hritik and he delivers yet again. i hear alot of crap about this dude but he has the guds and he delivered in D2 and yes i agree wid him the stunts he did in D2 surpasses those of krissh. bipasha - smokin hot, like a biker babe she just makes u go wild. her acting i think is very nice and of course the change when she did the brazil part. so gud job. Ash - well i was thinking about ppl saying does bipasha have a better role than ash in the film i think they have almost equal screen time ash a bit more i feel esp towards the climax. Ash did not disappoint her fans she did the role of hot babe perfectly and even did the emotional scenes well. i really liked her in that outfit she wore at the boat dock lolzz nice touch showing the song wid the ending credits too ASH is rocking wid hritik in that song! lots of nice scenes in the film some of which i already mention. some others are bipasha getting handcuffed and uday entering the room and his panting omg lolzzz and his imagination he made me laugh uday wid bips in brazil running around like baywatch lolzzz the sword robbery where u see intro of new character very nice when hritik jump off the cliff and abhi jumps after him the fight sequence on top of the train the chase of hritik on roller blades through mumbai and many more cant remember all rite now ash and bips are running through ma mind like crazy! well how about overall rating of the film? well itz hard to rate the film and compare it to others bcoz it is so DIFFERENT from films like kank or rdb or vivah. i will say after vivah, D2 is the next film i will repeat view in theater. very entertaining and the songs i cud watch another 100 times or so ESP TOUCH ME and CRAZY KIYA RE. gud script, great direction, excellent music, HOT HOT HOT BABES. do u really need another reason to go watch the film?!! 4.5/5

A.B. was ok but no where near H.R. Ash was good for the first time.......... Bips & Uday were just a timepass would hav been better if they were not there........... on the whole a must see movie....

Greatest Movie, Perfect cinematography, Excellent stunts, Bass music, Wise performances and lots more. I personally hated Hrithik & Ash, but after watching this movie I really like both of them. I think the Hrithik deserves an award for the performance and also Sanjay Gadhvi (dir.). the movies of bollywood should be like this one not like Kabhi alvida na kehna. This is the first movie of which i have watched the first day first show.

Let me start fast so that i can finish this review soon coz i dont even feel like recollecting about this sick movie. Thts how it feels !! So ill just give you an idea about it without revealing the storyline (doesnt exist any). The movie starts off with an action sequence which makes u feel as if ur experiencing 'Cartoon Network' on the big screen ie. Its not convincing at all. The entry style and the dialogues tht he utters at his entry make you cry (no its nt an emotional setting). The same sequence has the entry of Abhishek as well which is quite well shot but this gud feeling doesn't last for long till the sceane ends. After this scene you will feel as if Uday Chopra will take the charm out of the movie by shelling out his PJ's like he did in his entry but surprisingly this doesnt happn; his dialogues have been improved later (Thank God !! coz its only Uday who has some dialogues in the entire movie). Now comes Bipasha Basu. She looks absolutely stunning though she has nothing to do. She exists in the first half for no damn reason ! ... The comes Aishwarya Rai who looks stunning but ! but ! but ! .....hold ur breath .... exibits such fantastic acting skills that it makes you feel as if she seriously needs some acting classes. She better switch to modelling. She will definately have a great future thr . !!! I feel sorry for Hritik coz he works really hard to do his best but doesnt get to act much as thr r not many dialogues in the movie and even if there are any, then they are not convincing or they are for Uday. He has many looks in the movie but sadly they dont work as they look very unreal (minus 10 to the director here for such bad visualisation of characters). The movie only exits for its looks where Hritik does a gr8 job.Tht too the looks are only limited to the actors. Hritik looks better than Abhishek (Abhishek looks Ghaati here !). The action sequences make you pray to God "please dont show me this nonsense again" but the action directors are in no mood (hahahahaha you have to watch it to beleive it). They dish out one after one such action sequences which make u feel that you have wasted your money (Rs 150 for me). Bipasha Basu looks stunning in the second half too but hahahahahaha .... sorry cant stop laughing at the nonsense i have seen today. After the film ends you say to ut self "why the hell was she there in the first half !!! ??? Now for the for the screenplay dialogues and writing .. .... The screenplay is too (chewing gum ke jaisa jaisa kheecha hai picture ko) ..... Gud dialogues dont exist; dont waste ur time being patient for one througout the movie. Sanjay Gadhvi the director needs a break after Dhoom he has made a mess of it The music too doesnt do much but only adds to your frustation. The 1st Half is full of songs be ready for tht. Ya Ya ur rite Pritam should have copied a couple of more songs and mixed all in one ( u know thts his secret for a hit). And then suddenly your eyes will open up .... No No thrz nothing worth watching ....ur eyes will open to go home after a good sleep. And for all who are saying tht DHOOM:2 has changed the way action films are made in India, I tell them "Go and get a collection of Mithun Chakrabothys action flicks. They are far more convincing and funny too"

He shows he's not a Papa's guy... what look he has got .. the action sequences.. be it the train sequence or the chase in India post that well made theft are brilliantly shot.... Hrithik truly looks a rocking dude.. but i must add... there are loads of bloppers in that movie... what was the role of Bips..was she there just 4 tht bikini show... if so then it could have been a spcl. apperance also.... Uday is just ok..... Ash is different yet disgusting.. her lip-lock was shocking.... Abhishek faced exactly what Sunny Deol had to in Darr... the villian steals the show & the hero is just mediocre ... helpless.... forgettable performance.. the post interval part especially the climax was dump & make u feel like SHit ! Its only 4 or 5 Action Sequences & Hrithik's Style that attracts you .... Allan Amin must get the best action award.... hrithik we need more of that style & some acting also.... 2/5 just fair watch the 1st half once ..... Sanjay G, kindly concentrate.. cool looks & supercool stars can give u good 1st week collections.... not very good movie.... put as much u did in DHOOM... u got over confident.... dont get fascinated by taran adarsh's review... and also by the collections..... they must be sky high as the ppl's speculations were tremendous... but D-2 falls flat
