Teja Sajja reacts to being a part of Kalki 2898 AD

Best known for his portrayal of Hanumanth in recently released Pan India entertainer HanuMan, which received rave reviews, Teja Sajja is now expected to be associated with another highly-anticipated Pan India film. We are talking about the Prabhas, Deepika Padukone starrer Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin. Reacting to the buzz about being a part of this sci-fi entertainer, Teja addressed the topic during a recent interaction wherein he opened up about his future endeavors.

In a recent interview, Teja Sajja addressed the speculation surrounding his involvement in Kalki 2898 AD, stating, "There are some very exciting projects in the pipeline and fun collaborations under consideration. I myself am eagerly waiting for the right moment to reveal more about my future lineup." However, he refrained from taking any names.

 

For the unversed, the buzz started post the success of HanuMan, when news reports claimed that Teja is working on a new and thrilling project, which many speculated the futuristic Kalki 2898 AD. While he remains tight-lipped about the details, speculation fuelled up even more when Teja was spotted with the producer of the film C. Aswani Dutt at the Dubai airport. However, the fact that he has neither accepted nor denied his association with the film has definitely got his fans excited now.

 

Speaking of Kalki 2898 AD, the mass entertainer will also star Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan, along with an ensemble supporting cast in key roles. While the first look along with the title was unveiled at the Comic Con in the US last year, fans are awaiting more details of the film including a trailer. After much delay in its release, the film is expected to finally hit the theatres on May 9, 2024 in multiple languages, including Telugu and Hindi.
