Samantha Ruth Prabhu takes cryotherapy; watch
Earlier this year, Samantha Ruth Prabhu announced about giving priority to her health over other things and she seems to be keeping her word. For the unversed, the actress was diagnosed with autoimmune disorder Myositis last year, where she also revealed about undergoing treatment for the same. In order to recoup and recover completely, the actress has taken a break from her hectic work schedules and has been taking care of her health. In the process, she decided to try out cryotherapy.
For the unversed, cryotherapy refers to the process of completely freezing yourself and it aims at removing abnormal tissues. It is a recommended therapy for many who undergo different ailments. While many actors in the past have tried this out, Samantha Ruth Prabhu too was seen freezing herself in a similar manner. In the past, the actress also has tried out meditation and visited centers to ensure a good spiritual health.
Apart from focusing on her health, Samantha is also rediscovering her love for travel as she has been vacationing around the world. From Bali to USA to now Bhutan, the actress has been giving sneak peeks of her holiday to her fans on social media. Her latest adventure is in Bhutan where she is seen exploring the streets, the local arts, cuisine etc. in the Asian country. While she has been posting Instagram stories about her day-to-day shenanigans, she decided to give a glimpse of her Bhutan travel in this latest post which she posted on the feed.
On the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen alongside Vijay Deverakonda in the pan India romantic entertainer Kushi. The actress is currently gearing up for the release of the highly anticipated web series Citadel (the Indian spin-off) where she will be featuring alongside Varun Dhawan.
