This time, the Bollywood clan made its stunning presence felt for the wedding of actor Mohit Marwah and Antara Motiwala at the Waldorf Astoria in Ras al Khaimah, UAE. The niche location that boasts of pristine views of the Arabian shoreline witnessed the starry presence of Mohit Marwah’s cousins, the Kapoor clan of Arjun Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor. Additionally, Sridevi, Karan Johar, Kiara Advani, Athiya Shetty and Manish Malhotra were spotted too. Dressed to nines, Manish Malhotra wedding couture dominated the style scene. While the women aced the game with their opulent ensembles, the men kept the dapper quotient going with their unmissable swag. This wedding comes closely on the heels of Akshay Marwah’s lavish wedding festivities in Abu Dhabi last year.

They say soft colours make the happiest summer bride. For the mehendi festivities, the beautiful bride Antara wore a customised chikankari lehenga teamed with floral artwork and pearls. A necklace with floral accessories, soft waves and minimal makeup rounded out her look. Mohit Marwah sported an all-white bespoke designer ensemble with sunglasses and smart brown formal shoes.

For the sangeet festivities, Karan Johar donned a Manish Malhotra high low kurta with a waterfall hemline layered with a sequined jacket and teamed it with a white chudidaar and black embroidered shoes. A well-groomed mane and signature pout rounded out his look.

For the mehendi festivities, Arjun Kapoor sparked those cool summer vibes with Manish Malhotra and his uncle, Sanjay Kapoor wearing a royal deep violet bespoke ensemble from the designer’s menswear collection. With a proclivity for sprucing up the style vines, Rhea Kapoor donned a bright yellow Anamika Khanna creation featuring a kurta with a dhoti. A pair of white Aprajita Toor embroidered sneakers was a snazzy addition and Rhea rounded out the look with a chunky layered necklace, a subtle makeup of pink lips, defined eyes, courtesy makeup artist Tanvi Borkar along with a wavy do, courtesy hair stylist, Deepti Aggarwal. For the sangeet festivities, Athiya Shetty donned a signature Banarasi lehenga with a byzantine peplum top from the label, Jayanti Reddy. A choker from JOOLRY by Karishma Mehra was her only accessory of choice coupled with nude eyes, pink lips and centre-parted sleek hair.

Getting the spring-summer vibe on with a pink coloured cropped top and thread and fabric artwork lehenga skirt from Manish Malhotra. A subtle makeup of pink lips, bold eyebrows and a half updo rounded out her look.

 

Sridevi

 

 

The quintessential Manish Malhotra muse, Sridevi made a poignant case of the heritage fabric cotton with a Manish Malhotra ivory and gold ensemble featuring a kurta, lehenga and dupatta from the designer’s Cotton Couture 2018 collection. Statement studs and minimal makeup with side swept wavy do rounded out her look.

 

 

For yet another round of festivities, Sridevi looked super chic in a Faraz Manan couture, statement earrings, sleek sandals, minimal makeup and a sleek hairdo.

 

Kiara Advani

 

 

Looking pretty in pink, Kiara donned a Manish Malhotra creation from his 2018 Brocade collection, featuring handcrafted brocade from Benaras. A cold shoulder cut blouse with a jadau necklace from Mahesh Notandass Jewellery, subtle makeup and wavy hairdo rounded out her look.
