Paresh Rawal completes shooting of director Tushar Amrish's film The Taj Story
Paresh Rawal has wrapped the forthcoming film The Taj Story, directed by Tushar Amrish Goel. After 45 days of filming, primarily across real locations in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and Agra’s iconic Taj Mahal and its surroundings, the production completed this significant phase with a celebratory wrap-up.
The film’s cast and crew, including producer CA Suresh Jha, writer-director Tushar Amrish Goel, and Creative Producer Vikas Radhesham, marked the milestone with a cake-cutting ceremony. Paresh Rawal, who leads the ensemble as a guide, expressed excitement about the project, adding his distinctive presence to a storyline that captures the beauty and heritage of India’s famed landmarks.
The Taj Story also features a diverse cast which includes actor Zakir Hussain who plays the role of a lawyer, Amruta Khanvilkar in the role of a journalist, alongside Rawal. Apart from that the film boasts of an intriguing supporting cast that includes Akhilendra Mishra, Brijendra Kala, Shishir Sharma, Srikant Verma, and Abhijeet Lehri, who each take on significant roles.
Excitement around the film began when Paresh Rawal shared the first look on social media along with an announcement poster, wherein he also mentioned that he is kicking off the shoot of the film, sparking curiosity and anticipation. The storytelling, coupled with real-location filming, aims to provide viewers with an immersive experience that blends narrative depth with cultural and historical richness.
The Taj Story is slated for release next year and promises to be a memorable cinematic journey that celebrates both heritage and storytelling excellence.
