Kareena Kapoor Khan masters Chakrasana; sets new Yoga goals!

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan continues to inspire her fans with her commitment to fitness and wellness. The renowned actress, known for her dedication to yoga, recently shared a glimpse of her yoga session with Anshuka Yoga, setting new fitness goals for her followers.

In a recent Instagram story, Kareena Kapoor showcased her proficiency in the Urdhva Dhanurasana, also known as the Upward Bow Pose or Wheel Pose. Alongside the captivating image, she expressed her fondness for Chakrasanas, a series of yoga poses focused on opening the heart chakra and improving flexibility. Kareena credited Anshuka Yoga, highlighting her admiration for their expertise and guidance in her yoga journey.

 

 

Just days earlier, Anshuka Yoga's official Instagram account shared a picture featuring Kareena during a yoga session, captioning it “Backbends with Bebo @kareenakapoorkhan. Bebo, your discipline, your Yoga journey, the ease with which you gracefully slide into an asana - it’s inspiring !”

 

 

On the film front, Kareena will be soon seen in The Crew alongside Kriti Sanon and Tabu. The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast beyond the leading ladies. The talented Diljit Dosanjh and the popular comedian Kapil Sharma add further depth and humour to the narrative. Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, the film is co-produced by Balaji Motion Pictures Limited and Anil Kapoor Productions and went on floors in February 2023. The film will be released on March 29, 2024. She also has Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, opposite Ajay Devgn.
