The Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed Alia Bhatt starrer released a week ago, and since then the film has been doing brisk business at the box office. After opening on a strong note, the collections of the film saw a good jump on its first Saturday and Sunday running. In fact, with positive reviews and good word of mouth Gangubai Kathiawadi managed to hold strong on its first Monday, with evening and night shows indicating an increase in occupancy. Later with the relaxation on the pandemic protocols, permitting 100% occupancy in theatres, the business of the film greatly benefited. If that wasn’t enough, given the film’s trending and the audience appreciation it is likely that the business of Gangubai Kathiawadi will continue to see growth in the coming day.

 

In fact, trade estimates state that the business of Gangubai Kathiawadi will see another increase in collections over its second weekend in theatres. Now with all domestic locations permitting 100% occupancy in theatres, the business of the film should see a good jump.
