India's largest animation festival is back - Anifest India '09

It's time to soak in the colours of animation! Mentoring the homegrown animation community, The Animation Society of India (TASI) is organizing the 5th edition of its annual international festival - Anifest India. A multi-day festival that brings together experts from animation and allied mediums under one roof every year, Anifest India '09 will be held at IIT Powai, Mumbai, from August 13-16, 2009. This year the festival has been extended to 4 days and features sessions and workshops on art direction & pre-production, character animation & story telling, animating for tele channels, graphic novels and comics, visual effects, voicing for animation, simulation technology, open source solutions and many others.
