Nevertheless, Lisa being Lisa (polite, well-spoken, efficiently problem-solving), she quickly extends a helping hand when people around us start to fumble with the crockery on the neighbouring table. It's this kind of down-to-earth but damn-too-sexy attitude that has thrust this leggy lass right in the middle of what's called - Bollywood's epicentre. Yes, right in the middle of 'Bhaguji' and 'Chetuji'. But for the moment, both these men can move aside because I hold that position in high esteem. Haydon represents a kind of elegance that may be appreciated in the era of pale looking chics who wear torn jeans. Let me tell you guys, Lisa is poles apart from the innumerable female celebrities you bump into Page 3 parties, award functions or even at your favourite coffee joint. It's her outlook to life, friends and family that make her sexy. Her combination of modesty and simplicity are a wonderful corrective in these times of vulgar and empty celebrity. Yes, she is unusual for her time because God don't have time to make them no more. You don't trust me? Try calling God and he'll tell you. UK's Harrow Observer columnist and Bollywood Hungama's London correspondent gets you Part 2 of On a Date with Lisa Haydon.
Lisa Haydon: We eat a lot of South Indian food at home like Dosa, Idli, Rasam, Sambhar and the coconut chutney is constantly in the fridge.
Devansh Patel: So now I've decided to come for South Indian at your house.
LH: (laughs) We also cook a lot of spaghetti, salads, beans and sprouts. Do you know what? You remind me of my friend called G-Rave.
(Now that sounded to me more like Ra-One's sequel titled G-Ray. Lisa continues...)
LH: He was working in Smirnoff as the head of marketing or something and now he is a photographer. He got married to a beautiful model now. He's in Australia. You look a lot like him.
DP: I wish I was him. I like the name G-Rave or G-Ray however you pronounce it. Any name given to you?
LH: Yea, my first nick name was Buffy (laughs).
DP: Like in Buffy the Vampire?
LH: (laughs) Yes, I was very chubby as a child and so they called me Buffy. It really doesn't suit me does it? -

DP: Yes I have. It was two years ago though when I came from London. That was at Indigo Deli. Oh wait! I think I also went to Leopold Cafe recently with a chic.
LH: Ah! Randy Andy! (laughs) Two different girls. But you should date as many women as possible before you get married. I recommend all my friends that because that's the only way you'll figure out what kind of a girl you are looking for. Does that make sense? (laughs)
DP: (laughs) Thank you Lisa! I'll keep that in mind. What's your favourite colour? Is it black?
LH: No. My favourite colour to wear is black, yes. But as a favourite colour is orange, purple.
DP: Are you a hippie?
LH: Actually I am a kind of a hippie. I love hippies. They aren't dirty people. They are humans too. They are free spirited and someone who're open to all possibilities in life.
DP: What's the difference between Australian men and Indian men?
LH: Australian men love to date. There's a lot of coolness of going to dinner and drinking and then deciding of what's going to happen next. Out here, nothing like this exists. But I haven't dated anyone since I've been to India. But here's the thing about Indian men. They will never ask you out for dinner and it's bizarre, but they will only ask you out for a drink. Does that make sense? (laughs).
DP: Who's your dream date?
LH: I'd love to date Robert Downey Jr without offending his wife. He is amazing. He is so talented.
DP: That's interesting! But you wouldn't go with a man like Javier Bardem who'd ask you out in the first meeting and wants to make love, right?
LH: If it's Javier Bardem, it's slightly endearing. I like a bit of cockiness. I mean, I like a bit of cock. Oh no!!!!! I didn't mean it. I just fumbled.
(ROTFL moment)
LH: I just gave you your headline for the date (Laughs)

LH: I don't know. You tell me, are you married?
DP: No, I am not and I don't intend to either. Have you thought what will happen to all my 'dates'?
LH: But you can then go on a date with Manyata and Kajol (laughs)
DP: (laughs) you pulled a quick one here. Ok, let's go back to the yoga teacher. What happened?
LH: Oh! I said I used to share the same yoga teacher. He doesn't teach me yoga anymore but what's interesting is that he is now dating my current yoga teacher (laughs). He was my ex-boyfriend.
(Phew!! Thank God it's 'ex'. Comedy often repeats itself)
DP: Do you love watching sit-coms?
LH: I do, I love Dexter and a couple of episodes of Entourage. I've started this new show called The Lion Game. It's totally 'girly'. You may not like it. I've also started watching Gossip Girls. What do you watch?
DP: Me too. But recently I did come across a few episodes of ... Oh God! I can't recall now. Stop looking at me.
LH: Let me guess - The Big Bang Theory??
DP: How the hell could you guess that?
LH: I can read your mind (laughs). Actually, it's my favourite sit-com.
DP: Yeah you're right! I felt like I was Raj from The Big Bang Theory.
LH: Guess what? Raj is getting married to my friend Neha Kapoor for real.
DP: What are the chances?
LH: Seriously, he is. But hang on! You are a pretty interesting type of journalist.
DP: Where did that come from?
LH: You just seem like the antithesis of what a journalist is.
DP: Oh! Ok! Thank you! -

(I'm really thinking and asking myself - Sweet???)
LH: A lot of my close pals call me Lilu too. That's the more often used name I'm being called by.
DP: Lilu means Green in Gujarati.
LH: It also means silky in Gujarati right?
DP: No it doesn't. It's 'Lissu' not 'Lisa'. But hey, is ramp walking going to get dull for you now that you've embarked upon films?
LH: Yes. It will have to take a back seat for the time being because there is a cliché in Bollywood that if you keep on doing ramp then you're not serious about acting. I don't want to be falling in that bracket. But I do walk for my designer friends sometimes.
DP: You've got an accent. Don't you feel bad that you would be dubbed in most of your movies till you don't perfect it?
LH: In my first film Aisha, I wasn't dubbed. In Rascals I was but I guess it will be till I don't perfect my Bollywood Hindi. Does that make sense?
DP: You really use the sentence 'Does that make sense'
LH: I do I do (laughs).
DP: Don't you miss Australia?
LH: I do. I went back twice in the first year. It's been four years in Mumbai now. But I might go back for the New Year's this year. My friends miss me there too. But after living in Mumbai, it seems like there is no opportunity in Australia. The entertainment industry is quite small out there.
DP: Unless you bump into Baz Luhrmann.
LH: Trust me, you can bump into Baz anytime in Australia and by the way, we both used to share the same yoga teacher.
DP: How spooky! He is shooting The Great Gatsby right now in Australia.
LH: Yea? That's interesting.
