Amar Butala, COO of Salman Khan Productions describes Salman Khan's character Bajrangi as earthy and grounded. Hence they have decided to use hand-to-hand combat, which according to him, is a very exciting concept.
Produced by Salman Khan and Rockline Venkatesh in association with Eros International, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is directed by Kabir Khan. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui along with the six year old Harshali Malhotra in lead roles and is slated to release on July 17.
From what we hear, this particular action sequence was not a part of the script. However, Salman Khan decided to incorporate it as a special treat for his fans.
