"This shot was taken while we were shooting the farmhouse party (which comes as a part of the E-mail montage in the film). We had to do two shots here and we had the whole evening. So at this point I was drinking beer, Ranbir was drinking beer. In fact I was in my swimming trunks because I directed the whole scene swimming in the pool. All in all, it was one grand party."

"This was a group picture taken as it was Ranbir's last day of shoot on the film. We were shooting a small little montage cut which is used in the 'Aaj Kal Zindagi' song. Since he was leaving, we decided to take a group photo. As you can see in the backdrop is the Mumbai Beat office (where Ranbir and Konkona work in the film). Most of the Mumbai Beat office portions were shot at an old, dilapidated mill near Shivaji Park in Dadar which our production designer totally transformed."
