Set against a rustic backdrop, the film sees Varun playing a tailor and the challenges he faces. But will the film entice the audience is the question of the hour.
Reports state that SUI DHAAGA – MADE IN INDIA has opened on a sluggish note with occupancy rates during morning shows being pegged at 15%. On the other hand, the other release of this week PATAAKHA has opened to a 5% occupancy rate. As for SUI DHAAGA – MADE IN INDIA, the film, which has released across 3200 worldwide (2500 domestic + 700 overseas) and receiving positive reviews from the critics, is expected to see an increase in footfalls over evening and night shows.
On the whole, with no competition from the previous releases, SUI DHAAGA – MADE IN INDIA that not only enjoys a good screen count but also positive reviews is expected to see a jump in business as the day progresses. Adding to this will be the strong word of mouth among the audiences that will further drive the business of the film.
