Tadap Box Office: Tadap collects Rs. 4.05 cr. on Day 1; becomes Tara Sutaria’s third highest opening day grosser :Bollywood Box Office

The Milan Luthria directed film Tadap released yesterday to a mixed response from the audience. Introducing Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty the film sees him sharing screen space with Tara Sutaria.

In this box office report we take a look at the opening day collections of Tadap while comparing the same to Tara Sutaria’s previous releases. Collecting Rs. 4.05 cr., Tadap does not manage to surpass the collections of Tara’s previous releases like Student of the Year 2 that collected Rs. 12.06 cr. and Marjaavan that had collected Rs. 7.03 cr. Instead Tadap ranks as Tara’s third highest opening day grosser.

However, with little to no competition from previous releases Tadap enjoys a somewhat unopposed run at the box office. Given this fact, expectations are that the business of the film will see growth over its opening weekend in theatres.
